What did you do before you were a Miner?
+ I was a Social Media Manager and Content Designer for a Montreal-based agency, where I worked with clients across many industries. I also worked as an in-house Content Marketer for a pet company in Iowa, where I led social media, newsletters and influencer marketing.
Share your favorite client memory.
+ My favorite client memory isn’t a single experience — it’s the shift in conversations from “What’s the value in posting about that?” to “How can we share this?” Seeing the mindset shift from uncertain to confident is my favorite part of the work. They start to bring their own content ideas, remember to capture content and get excited about sharing their stories on social media.

If you could time travel and spend a day at any past or future event, where would you go?
+ The Met Gala – any year, any theme! Fashion is a form of storytelling, and I’ve always been fascinated with the ways designers translate the themes into breathtaking, intricate couture looks. Experiencing the glamour, creativity and magic in real-time would be an absolute dream!
What do you enjoy doing when you aren’t at work?
+ I’m a social butterfly and love spending time with family, friends and my pets. I love hosting game nights, spending time on the lake, attending concerts, playing beach volleyball and cheering on the Minnesota Twins.
+ In my personal time, I enjoy finding new DIY projects to tackle with a reality or game show on TV. Love Island (UK), Survivor, Wheel of Fortune, The Kardashians and SLOMW are currently some of my favorites.
What’s your favorite family tradition?
+ Making krumkake, a Norwegian cone-shaped cookie, with my grandma every Christmas. You use a special iron to make each cookie individually, which makes for lots of quality time with my grandma!
What are three things people don’t know about you?
+ My favorite movie has always been The Lion King
+ I have a phobia of mushrooms
+ I have family all around the world – from Washington to Germany!
