Social Media Coach

Our Social Media Coaches are passionate about and have built a career specifically around social media (organic, not paid). They work with CEOs and brands to understand their unique voice and social media goals, create strategic organic content, monitor posts and engage with the audience to organically grow their positive online presence. An innovative and creative mindset is key to optimizing posts with strategic tags/hashtags, photos, videos and other creative tools.

With 2 to 3 years’ experience managing all aspects of executive and/or brand social media accounts, our Social Media Coaches are confident communicators on strategy calls with their clients where they flex their subject matter expertise and executive presence while building strong relationships.

As experts on social media trends and best practices, our process-driven coaches prepare reports using Brandwatch, review analytics and provide clients with insights and recommendations to inform future strategy.

Social media is fast paced, 24/7/365. Our team goes all-in for our clients and is energized by working with and helping each other. Teamwork and collaboration allow our coaches to lean on one another, hold one another accountable, share creative ideas and learn from one another all while providing extra-ordinary, innovative service to our clients.
