What do you do for fun?

I love being outside, working in my garden. I have six raised beds for vegetables and herbs, and I am slowly converting my grass over to a native plant pollinator garden. I also enjoy hanging out with my dogs, exploring new restaurants, biking, playing games and reading.

If you could be anywhere right now, where would it be?

Camping! I am a big fan of Minnesota’s state parks. My husband and I have a homemade teardrop trailer that we tow around, complete with a back hatch that we use as a mini kitchen. I love waking up slowly, planning out hikes, cooking fun meals in our dutch oven over hot coals, and taking in all of the beautiful scenery.

If we had a Media Minefield talent show, what would your talent be?

High kicks. I was on a dance team, and the kick routines were always my favorite.

Guilty pleasure?

Eating hot Cheetos. They’re so delicious, so spicy, and so red.
