What did you do before you were a Miner?

Before I was a Miner I worked as a marketing coordinator for a legacy & estate planning company called Gift Planning Services. In my freetime, I also did some work as a freelance graphic designer, helping entrepreneurs create unique, engaging brands.

If you could be anywhere right now, where would it be?

I would love to be reading a book on a beach in Santori. I got the opportunity to study abroad in college (10 countries in 4 months!), and Greece was one of my favorite places we visited. The gyros are unbelievable!

What do you do for fun?

I love to spend time outside (hiking, biking, running), read any book I can get my hands on, and experiment with new baking recipes. I even own my own cookie business, Jessie Bean Sweets!

If you were stranded on a desert island and could only bring one food, what would it be?

I would bring peanut butter cookie dough ice cream! It’s delicious, and ice cream seems to make everything better – even being stranded on a desert island.
