What did you do before you were a Miner?

I was a host, reporter and producer at a regional sports network in Sioux Falls, SD. I also freelanced as a college basketball analyst for ESPN, primarily doing games in the American Athletic Conference (AAC) and Mountain West Conference (MWC). Most recently, I’ve done accounting and multimedia work for a Tier I AAA hockey association.

If you could time travel and spend a day at any past or future event, where would you go?

I would absolutely love to spend a family Christmas or any holiday with either of my parents when they were kids.

What are three things people don’t know about you?

+ I love spreadsheets.

+ I’ve been on the red carpet at the ESPYs.

+ I have an English bulldog named LuLu.

What do you do for fun?

+ Sports – watching, playing, talking about them. That’s one of the many reasons I’m so excited to be back in the Twin Cities. I love the sports culture here!

+ Lake + Pontoon = Fun.

+ Travel to new places and try new things – whether that’s taking a trip to somewhere I’ve never been or trying a new restaurant in the area.

If you were stranded on a desert island and could only bring one food, what would it be?

Raspberries. I know that’s not practical for the situation, but they’re just always good.
