With a Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting or a related field, our ideal Finance Manager has 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial management and is ready to take the next step beyond pure accounting. 

The Finance Manager will have the opportunity to build an end-to-end financial experience, from daily operations through strategic analysis, while working directly with senior leaders who will mentor and guide development. Additional training and certification opportunities will be available aligned with growth in the role. 

Strong technical skills and operational excellence are a must. This role is ideal for someone who is a proactive problem solver, thrives on collaboration and strategic thinking, and brings strong communication and critical thinking skills to every challenge. The successful candidate will excel at: 

• Performing day-to-day accounting and reporting activities, with hands-on accounting software experience and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Acting as a business partner with the Executive Team and the Growth Team.
• Designing, monitoring and reporting on business and financial performance metrics.
• Managing billing, collections and vendor payments with a focus on accuracy, timeliness and process improvement.
• Supporting tax compliance.
• Continuously seeking opportunities to improve and automate financial processes.
• Evaluating new systems that enhance reporting and automation and support business growth.

To maximize collaboration and teamwork, it is preferred that the Finance Manager work on-site; however, periodic remote work will be an opportunity for the right individual.

The salary range for this role is $85,000 – $99,000.
