What do you miss about working in the news industry?

At Media Minefield, I get to meet new people and write stories. Those are two of the things I really enjoyed about being a reporter. The one thing I really miss is shooting and editing video. That was one of my favorite parts of being a MMJ (multimedia journalist).

What are three things people don’t know about you?

+ I have three brothers and sisters. Each of us has four letters in our first name, five letters in our middle name and our last name has (had) six letters. My mom was creative.

+ I rock at playing the recorder.

+ I used to show llamas at my county fair.

If we had a Media Minefield talent show, what would your talent be?

I would sing. I would probably do “Don’t Stop Believin’” by Journey, but I could be persuaded to sing something else.

What do you do for fun?

I love watching movies! I also play cribbage, hunt, fish, golf (but I’m terrible at it) and cook. I love to play volleyball, but I don’t get to play near as often as I’d like. Any activity I can do with friends is fun to me.
