What did you do before you were a Miner?

I was a TV news anchor and reporter for 11 years. I worked for Spectrum News (Buffalo, New York), WAOW Newsline 9 (Wausau, Wisconsin) and KCWY-13 (Casper, Wyoming).

If you could be anywhere right now, where would it be?

In the mountains of Idaho with close friends and family.

If you could time travel and spend a day at any past or future event, where would you go?

A Ben Folds concert. I’ve seen him perform live 5 times, and it’s always a blast!

What are three things people don’t know about you?

+ I’m an Eagle Scout.

+ I’ve lived in 7 states (TX, ID, WA, WY, WI, NY, MN).

+ I like to eat my food one item at a time (e.g. eggs, then hash browns, then toast).

What do you do for fun?

I love playing basketball. I also enjoy going for walks, getting a good cup of coffee and dessert, watching the Green Bay Packers and playing board games (especially “Settlers of Catan”).
